The short version

Questions you type into the comparison demo are not kept. We keep only the votes and forms you actively submit, plus anonymous usage counts containing no raw IP address.

What we don’t collect

What you type in the comparison demo. Your question goes straight to our own GPU host to generate an answer, then leaves memory the moment generation finishes. It never touches a file, a database, or a log.
The model’s output. Not kept either.
Your raw IP address. To limit abuse we need to know whether two requests came from the same place. All we keep for that is a short salted hash, held in memory only, which expires on its own.
Third-party tracking cookies. This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we do collect

1. Comparison votes

When you press one of the “which answer is better” buttons, we record the base model, the preset scenario (blank if you wrote your own question), the side you picked (left, right, or a tie), whether that side was in fact the base or the enhanced build, the interface language you were using, and the time you submitted. If you added a note, we keep that too — the field says so right next to it.

Why: to work out whether the enhancement genuinely helps, and to steer how we improve the models.

When the inference host is offline, the page falls back to comparisons recorded earlier. In that case, voting and revealing happen entirely in your browser: nothing is sent, nothing is recorded.

2. Beta sign-up form

Email address (required), what to call you, what you do (working in the field / student / researcher / developer / other), what you want to use it for, how you heard about us, the interface language you signed up in, and the time you submitted. Why: so we can reach you when places open — in the language you signed up in — and so we know who’s using this.

We send a confirmation email to that address after you submit. Your sign-up doesn’t count until you click the link inside it. That’s how we confirm the address is really yours. Without that confirmation we won’t use it to send you anything, and the record is deleted automatically (see Retention below).

3. Feedback form

Message type, the message itself, email address (optional), whether you’re happy to be quoted anonymously, and the interface language you were using. Why: so we can reply, and so we can improve the service.

4. Anonymous usage figures

Request counts, response times, error rates, and similar technical measures that involve no individual. We use them to run the service and plan capacity.

How data is stored and shared

Data sits on servers we control, reachable only by the people who need it.
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We don’t hand personally identifiable data to third parties, except where the law requires it.
The human check on this site is Cloudflare Turnstile, which handles the technical information it needs under its own policy.

Retention

Unconfirmed sign-ups: deleted automatically, without further notice, if the confirmation link goes unclicked for 7 days.
Confirmed beta list: kept until you ask us to delete it, or deleted within 6 months of the service shutting down.
Feedback: deleted within 6 months of the service shutting down.
Votes: contain nothing that identifies anyone, and are kept as a long-term evaluation baseline.

Your rights

Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, review, copy, or correct your personal data, or tell us to stop collecting, processing, and using it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we’ll deal with it within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we revise this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced on the site as well.

Language versions

The Chinese version of this policy is the governing version. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only; where a translation and the Chinese version disagree, the Chinese version prevails.
